高在瑞,男,山东枣庄人,中共党员,博士。研究方向为切换系统。山东科技大学硕士生导师(控制科学与工程方向)、中国自动化学会会员、潍坊学院‘优青计划’支持人选。近5年,承担国家自然科学基金、省自然科学基金、省高校科技计划等多项课题。已在IET Control Theory Appl.Int. J. Syst. Sci.IEEE AccessAsian J. Control、自动化学报、控制理论与应用、控制与决策等期刊发表学术论文20余篇,其中,SCIEI收录15篇。授权发明专利4件。获得山东省高校科学技术奖二等奖、潍坊市自然科学奖二等奖、潍坊市专利奖三等奖及潍坊学院教学成果奖一等奖各1项。多次受邀为JFIIET CTANAHS、自动化学报、控制与决策、系统科学与数学等期刊评审人。多次参加CCCCCDCCAC等重要学术会议。近几年代表性学术论文如下:
